Main rule
No refund after the purchased service has been provided.
Because your Blueprint is prepared individually from your birth details and your questions, it cannot be returned or reused once it has been created and delivered.
If we fail to provide the service
If your payment was successfully received but AstroTigya did not provide the purchased service, you may contact support and request a refund. Genuine service-delivery issues are reviewed and resolved.

- Payment was successfully received but AstroTigya did not provide the purchased service.
Refund is not available
- The personalized report has already been delivered.
- The audio or video explanation has already been delivered.
- You have received the purchased digital service.
- You change your mind after delivery.
- You do not like the interpretation.
- You expected a different outcome.
- You provided incorrect birth information.
- You did not follow the guidance.
- You expected guaranteed results.
Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations. Astrology is traditional guidance offered for informational, educational and entertainment purposes, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
How to raise a delivery issue
If you believe your purchased service was not provided, email asksid01@gmail.com with your order details and payment reference. We will check the order and respond as soon as possible.
